Do your kits include raw fish?+
No. Every food item we ship is shelf-stable and alcohol-free. Where a recipe uses raw fish, you buy it locally to your own food-safety standards; our printed guides show you how to select and handle sashimi-grade fish safely.
How is shipping calculated?+
We ship worldwide, priced in USD. Standard shipping is a flat $8, and free once your basket reaches $75. Roll Club members get a lower free-shipping threshold and Roll Club Plus members always ship free.
Can I return a kit?+
Unopened kits can be returned within 30 days. For food safety, opened pantry food cannot be returned unless it arrived damaged or faulty. See our refund and returns policy for full details.
How do you label allergens?+
Each kit lists its allergens on the product page and on an ingredients sheet in the box. Common allergens include soy, sesame, gluten and fish. Our facility handles these ingredients, so cross-contact cannot be fully excluded.
Are the knives safe to ship?+
Kits containing knives are flagged as containing sharp tools, packed with blade guards and sold for adult use. Please store them safely and away from children.
How does membership billing work?+
Roll Club is an optional monthly or annual subscription managed through your billing portal. Perks are discounts and services only — no points or stored balance — and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime.
