Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your kit. If something isn't right, here's exactly how returns and refunds work.
1. Return window
You can return unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Tools, tableware and sealed pantry items in their original condition are eligible.
2. Food safety limits on returns
For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened food or pantry items unless they arrived damaged, faulty or past their best-before date. This does not affect your rights if an item is defective.
3. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 14 days at support@lichsush.shop with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund including original shipping.
4. How to start a return
- Email support@lichsush.shop with your order number.
- We'll confirm the return address and any instructions.
- Send the item back in its original condition and packaging.
5. Refund timing and method
Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue refunds to the original payment method, processed by Stripe, within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit. All refunds are issued in USD.
6. Return shipping costs
Unless the item was faulty, damaged or incorrect, return shipping is your responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the item was faulty or we made an error.
7. Membership cancellations
Roll Club subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from your billing portal and stop at the end of the current billing period. Subscription fees already charged for the current period are non-refundable, but no further charges are taken after cancellation.
8. Your statutory rights
These terms are in addition to, and do not affect, your statutory consumer rights under the laws of England and Wales.
